Great in 2008!

I always enjoy the new optimism that a New Year brings. Even though there are many things going on in this world right now that might be negative, I still believe in our human spirit that is within us that wants to make a New Year great. So, "Great in 2008" is the motto for the dealership. We want to be great in customer service, great in prices, great in integrity, great in honesty, great in loyalty, and great in selling and servicing cars.

It's pretty simple to me and I feel the energy around me at Spokane Chrysler. We just added 2 new technicians so we can get to customers more quickly and that is exciting to me. We are always on the lookout for great sales consultants so I know that we will add some great team members there as well. For me, the New Year is quite invigorating. That might seem corny but I'm a true optimist at heart.

That might be hard in the car business but a positive attitude is where it starts. If you stop by the dealership, I'm sure you'll experience the difference it creates. My sister-in-law told me that "it starts at the top" and that is so true. I like to set a positive tone for all of my managers and employees so that can be passed on to our customers. Just one more thing to set us apart with that Spokane Chrysler difference!
