As I see the rain coming down on beautiful Sprague Ave., I wonder when the sun will starting shining.....I mean shining hard! This winter has been a dooey and since I spent most of my life in Daytona Beach, FL, it's been a true learning experience. I can't even begin to explain to you how ready I am for the "nice weather" to come along.
A question that I would like to pose is what is the best way to advertise? I know what we think at the dealership and what "car people" do but I think I want to know more of the Spokane market from a personal point of view.
That's it for now. Just something I was thinking of so I thought I would post it!

My fault!!!!
Ok....totally my bad! I can't believe it's been 2 months since my last post. I even told myself this year to be more dilligent with this blog. Maybe if I hadn't, then I would have had more posts by now!! Go figure. Anyway, life has been very busy. All of that snow in January almost made me cry. It's not easy moving snow off our 2 lots every day. You skip one day and then you pay for it the next because now you have a mountain to move!!! I felt like I was moving snow 24 hours a day. Get up early and move snow at my house...then drive to the store and more snow to move...do that all day long while moving cars so we can move the snow in between...then come home to move the snow or the berm that is blocking my driveway....and do it all over again the next day. My shoulders and back were screaming for a break. Thank God February came!!!
So February was great with the Spokane New Car Show. It was so nice to meet so many people. To the Spokane Chrysler regulars: it's always nice saying HI and catching up each year. My wife and I love going there each year to see you and talk. To future Spokane Chrysler customers: It was so great meeting you. Starting that relationship is what I really enjoy. We wish had had more cars that were open by the end of the show but we are not allowed to move cars in or out once the show has started. And of course, those customers that bought the cars wanted them locked up and sealed tight!!!! Anyway, it was a great time to meet and greet and build those important lifelong relationships.
Ok....so now it's March. Daylight savings time is this weekend and the sun is making think we might be out of the snow. I think this month brings "Spring cleaning" at my house...not looking forward to that. My Honey-Do List seems to get longer and longer each year. But, also this is a time where the stores starting bringing out new Spring clothes, shoes, and handbags. I am DEFINITELY not looking forward to this one. Although my wife has spring clothes from last year, she always seems to think that she needs to add to her closet.
Maybe this Spring will be different and she won't go shopping.........one can only hope!!!!
